Refunds & cancellations

Every design can be previewed in full for free before you pay, so please preview before buying. Designs are digital and unlock instantly, so a purchase cannot be cancelled once the design is unlocked.

We refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same design or add-on;
• money was debited but the design did not unlock and we cannot fix it within 48 hours;
• a technical fault on our side stops your invitation from working and we cannot fix it.

How to ask: call or WhatsApp +91 87899 91983 (10 AM – 8 PM) within 7 days of payment with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
